Maritime Magazine published a multi-page feature on McKeil Marine in their Summer 2016 issue, commemmorating our 60th Anniversary.
The logistics around the transportation of our mobile crane from Sept Iles to Trois-Rivieres, QC included accounting for considerable weight and dimensions of the unit. Following lengthy and re-assuring discussions with McKeil’s Engineering and Commercial Team, we elected to route our mobile crane via their Ro-Ro service. The expertise offered by McKeil instilled us with confidence that our crane would be safely delivered to its destination. Any unforeseen obstacles were handled in an expedited, professional manner.

Exciting news! @McKeilMarine has begun commissioning new jib cranes on the Blair McKeil vessel. These cranes have been specifically designed for Algoma Steel and have the capability of loading 2 40-ton coils every 90 seconds!
